We've Developed our VanJen Charge-pipe to remedy all common fit and clamping problems found with typical aftermarket charge-pipes. Our charge-pipe eliminates the finicky factory quick connect flange with the superior clamping and sealing ability of a VanJen Flange.
No more chasing down boost leaks or blowing off charge pipes! We found this to be a necessity for vehicles running higher-than-stock boost. The VanJen clamp allows for quick and easy removal and install while also allowing 10 degrees of miss-alignment for perfect fitment and sealing everytime!
Our Charge-pipe is constructed from Mandrel Bend Aluminum tubing, Billet CNC 6061 Flanges, Beautifully Tig Welded and polished to a brilliant luster.
Installation requires our VanJen Throttle Body Adapter and 3.5" VanJen Clamp - Or existing VanJen Clamping system.
Our Charge-pipe is made in the "335d" configuration and fits both relocated and non-relocated intake systems and single turbo conversions for N54 and N55 powered E9x chassis. It features a universal 50mm Bov Flange to be used with TiAl or Turbosmart 50mm BOV's. N55 vehicles with stock or hybrid turbos have the option to add a BOV blockoff to their order (unless you are single turbo and using an external bov)
